nsultant, I offer you over 9 years automotive experience, both as a Technician and Service Consultant. I believe my experience and dedication will be very valuable to you in understanding the concerns you may have with your vehicle and when recommending needed maintenance and repairs. Every time you come to Ron’s Auto Repair for service, I will do my best to TREAT YOU WITH COURTESY and PROFESIONALISM; I will offer you TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS and KEEP YOU INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS OF THE VEHICLE REPAIRS to the best of my ability. It is my mission to effectively address all of your vehicle’s concerns in a timely and professional manner. I also see it as my role to let you know what is needed for maintenance on your vehicle. The decision to complete those services is of course, your’s to make. I have found that some of our customers here at Ron’s Auto Repair are sometimes unaware of the needed maintenance items for there vehicle every 30,000 miles. Please keep in mind that in the automotive world, things don’t always go as planned. Many factors that are out of my control may come up and delay the normal, one-day completion of your vehicle. Labor-intensive repairs, non-stocking parts & intermittent problems plague our profession on a daily basis. Please believe that it is always my intent to complete your vehicle as quickly as I can in one day. If there are special time constraints that dictate when your vehicle may need to be ready to go (before 5:00 pm), please let me know at the time of the appointment or at the time of vehicle drop-off. I will do my best to accommodate your requested completion time, when it is possible. It is very important to me that when your vehicle is completed and you leave Ron’s Auto Repair, that you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. From the time you first make your appointment, to when you drive off our lot. Your OVERALL SATISFACTION with the service I have delivered to you is of the utmost importance to me.
