A simple mistake by another shop cost this customer a replacement engine. They performed an oil change and didn’t notice that the metal sleeve that goes in the center of the oil filter was missing before they installed the new filter “Suspect it stayed in the old filter”. The purpose of the metal sleeve is to prevent the oil filter from collapsing. The engine was starved for oil and caused the engine to start knocking. 08 Toyota Sequoia

Performing induction cleaning. Chemical is misted into the throttle body to clean carbon deposits from intake valves and combustion chambers. With today’s fuel injection systems carbon build up on intake valves which can cause engine misfires

A cabin air filter removed from a customer’s car!! Cleaned debris from HVAC case and new filter installed. Much better air flow😎
