Does your insurance company have an app to file your auto claim? Sounds convenient right? They look at the photos you send to them and write an estimate based on what they can see using lower than average market labor rates. It is not in your best interest to do it this way.

When you bring your vehicle to our shop for an estimate, we write an estimate based on all the damage. We send the photos and estimate to your insurance company either by email or a special web site they have designated. Then we act as your advocate so you get the best possible repair, at the current market rates. Any hidden damage is submitted to your insurance company along with the proper documentation so they will pay for it.

"Deer" season is coming. Do you know what your insurance deductibles are? A big deductible on collision coverage saves on your premium cost. A smaller deductible on comprehensive usually doesn't cost much more and will save you $$ if that deer finds you.

FYI … You are not obligated to have your vehicle repaired at your insurance company’s direct repair shop. Pressuring you to go to a specific body shop is a term that the industry refers to as “steering” and it is against the law.

You decide where your vehicle will be repaired.
