Our customer just left this 5 star review on DealerRater: “Overall, I love the dealership and I have been to other Toyota dealerships, so I have a lot of comparisons to make that judgment. Jesus Moreida and the service department is simply amazing. Taking time to get My Forerunner service is not always the most fun event, but I do always look forward and always enjoy my interactions with Jesus. I do my very best to set my appointments up when he is going to be in. The GM, Brad, is great and I had a lot of interaction with him during the purchase of my 2022 forerunner. I have also reached out to Alison, who is in charge of customer service on a few occasions when I was trying to figure some things out. That said, I I believe my overall highly favorable perspective on Manhattan Beach Toyota is based on my experiences with Jesus. If I worked in the same industry, I would try and steal him away because he is that good. His personality is eager to please, so to speak. That is not a trait everyone possesses. If I was to buy a third vehicle from Manhattan Beach Toyota which is more than plausible in the future, despite the fact that he is not in sales, I would probably talk to him about it prior.
