Dave B brought his 1997 Pontiac Trans Am came into the shop for a total performance overhaul, and the results are pure 4th-Gen muscle perfection.

We paired a stroker LT1 build with a stealthy D1 ProCharger supercharger system to deliver serious boosted power. To make sure the rest of the car could keep up with the extra grunt under the hood, we upgraded the entire package from front to back:

Power & Fuel: ProCharged stroker LT1 paired with a high-flow custom fuel system to feed the beast under boost.

Chassis & Control: Upgraded suspension components to plant all that horsepower firmly to the ground.

Stopping Power: Big Wilwood brake package tucked behind those billet wheels to bring it all to a halt safely.

Doug W's gorgeous 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle came to us earlier this spring in need of some serious engine therapy. A failed harmonic balancer split at the snout and chewed up the crankshaft keyway and snout beyond repair. Not the kind of surprise you want when taking your classic out for a spin!

Instead of patching up a tired engine, we pulled the old heart out and swapped in a fresh, reliable crate engine from BluePrint Engines. Once the break-in miles are complete, she’ll be tuned up, breathing easy, and ready to tear up the pavement for plenty of miles to come.

From catastrophic failure back to muscle car perfection! Engine bay transformation (and the damage that started it all)!

Baseline dyno day for our supercharged 5.0 Ford Futura! 🔊💥

After installing our custom Scram Speed Holley Terminator X kit, we strapped "Lord Fairkquaad" onto the dyno to see how much power 7 lbs of boost makes on modern EFI and 93 octane.

Support your local track! The grand reopening of Coles County Dragway is this weekend! Friday night open time runs! Mike Erwin had a tough year as the new owner. Bad weather, high gas prices and tornado damage, have made a tough go of it, but he's determined to make CCD better than ever.

The track has a new tower (now installed), new timing equipment, corrected 60', and even NEW SCOREBOARDS! Hard work, big $$$! Come out this weekend, I'm sure Mike would apprediate the show of support.
