Sharing this with all my wonderful Importacar family and friends! After a great deal of reflection, prayers, gratitude I'm so humbled to share with you all my new journey!
Many of you know that closing Importacar after nearly 30 years was one of the most difficult chapters of my life. It was far more than the closing of a business—it was saying goodbye to something that had been a life passion.
Looking back, I'm incredibly grateful for the friendships and lasting relationships that grew over those three decades. Those memories will always hold a special place in my heart.
Over the past year, I've spent a great deal of time reflecting, learning, and trusting that new opportunities often arrive when we least expect them. This moment has reminded me of how amazing love and gratitude can lift your soul in one of my most challenging moments.
Today, I'm honored to share that Eddie and I have been given the incredible opportunity to become franchise owners with The Peach Cobbler Factory. As the Operating Partner, I'll be leading the day-to-day operations as we build this exciting new venture together. We're committed to creating welcoming places where friends, families, and neighbors can gather, enjoy great desserts, and make lasting “Peachy” memories.
Most importantly, I want to thank everyone who has encouraged me, checked in on me, offered advice, prayed for me, or simply believed in me throughout this past year. Your kindness, support, and friendship have meant more than I can adequately express. You helped remind me that while one chapter may come to an end, another can begin with renewed purpose, hope, and excitement.
As we continue preparing for this exciting new adventure, I'd love for you to follow along on the journey. Our first Peach Cobbler will be in WInston-Salem and soon after that in Burlington. I'm so looking forward to welcoming you all through our doors and sharing this amazing dessert place with all my family and friends!

Hello my friends and family! 🥰Today I get to celebrate another year of life, and I can’t think of a better way to do that than by giving back to a community that means so much to me.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how cancer impacts families right here in our community. The strength, the fear, and the resilience stay with you. That is why I am proud to support the Barry L. Joyce Local Cancer Support Fund and be part of the 30 Days of Impact.

This incredible organization provides direct support to local families who are going through some of the toughest moments of their lives. Right now, we have an opportunity to show up for them in a real and meaningful way.
