Smith’s Service Center is a family-owned business that knows the meaning of value. For more than 40 years, we’ve met the needs of different generations with our traditions of honesty, expertise and quality. Owners Ron, Diane and Scott represent the second and third generation of vehicle experts serving Madison’s east side since 1979. It might be Scott, Bryan (our service manager) or Amy (service writer). They all speak “technician” and translate to plain English when you need it. Thanks to this professional front office team and the quality of care and expertise provided by Smith’s ASE-certified technicians, Smith’s Service Center gained recognition as one of Bumper to Bumper’s top five certified service centers…in the nation! Locally, they have won “Best of Madison GOLD 2021” honors.
