⏰ 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆
• 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour (Based on experience level)
• 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻-𝗢𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: $1,000 bonus paid out at the completion of your first 6 months!*
• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: Generous, weekly shop bonus system in place when performance criteria are met.

🔧 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Perform high-quality automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on import and domestic vehicles.
• Utilize shop-provided tablets to conduct complete digital vehicle inspections and log diagnostic findings.
• Maintain clear communication with the Service Advisor regarding repair timelines and part requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.• Keep your designated work area tidy, organized, and safe.
📋 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience required (A or B level).
-Strong electrical testing and diagnostic abilities is a plus.
• 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: Must possess a personal set of tools (specialty tools are provided by the shop).
• 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲: Must hold a valid and clean driver’s license.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗦𝗮𝘃𝘃𝘆: Comfortable using tablet-based shop technology, scanners, and various electrical testing equipment.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀: Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills, troubleshooting abilities, commitment to quality, excellent communication skills, and a true team-player attitude.
