☑️ Oil — Check the level & make sure you're not overdue
☑️ Coolant — Because overheating is NOT a vacation activity
☑️ Battery — Make sure it's ready for the trip and the trip home
☑️ Lights — Headlights, brake lights & turn signals
☑️ Wipers — Wisconsin weather. Enough said.
☑️ A/C — Nobody wants a 3-hour family road trip without it 😅

A Quick Labor Day Heads-Up from Your Graham’s Madison Team!

As you’re making plans for the upcoming Labor Day weekend, we wanted to give our customers a little advance notice about our adjusted holiday hours.

📅 Graham’s Auto & Truck Clinic – Madison Holiday Hours:

🔧 Friday, September 4th: Closing early at 12:00 PM (Noon)
🔧 Monday, September 7th: CLOSED in observance of Labor Day
🔧 Tuesday, September 8th: Opening late at 10:00 AM

⭐ Real Customers. Real Experiences.

A flat tire is never part of the plan—especially when it happens after hours and your vehicle has to be towed in. 🛞

Jack was a first-time customer at our Madison location after a damaged tire sidewall left him needing some unexpected help. After inspecting the vehicle, we found that while one tire was damaged, all four were worn and ready for replacement.

Josh and our Madison team were able to get all four tires replaced the following day and have Jack’s vehicle back to him by the afternoon!

Jack shared:

“Very pleasant and honest staff, fast service, very reasonable price. Considering moving my routine car check ups and services there. Thank you!”

That last part means a lot to us. 💚 Getting someone through an unexpected repair is one thing. Providing an experience that makes a first-time customer consider trusting us with their future maintenance and repairs is exactly what we strive for.

⭐ Sometimes great service means knowing when NOT to make the repair.

Linda came to Graham’s as a first-time customer with a check engine light and a vehicle that wasn’t safely reaching interstate speeds. Our team was able to get her scheduled quickly, provide a free loaner vehicle, and begin figuring out what was going on.

Unfortunately, the diagnosis wasn’t the news anyone wants to hear—the transmission was failing.

That’s when honesty matters most.

Rather than simply pushing forward with an expensive repair, our team walked Linda through what we found, answered her questions, explained her options, and gave her the information she needed to decide what made the most sense for her.

Ultimately, Linda chose to replace the vehicle—and we completely respect that decision. 💚

Her experience is a great reminder that our job isn’t just to repair vehicles. It’s to help people make informed, confident decisions, even when that decision means we don’t perform the repair.
