One of the things we hear most often from guests is that there is simply a lot to enjoy once you arrive. Your stay includes access to our pool, 102°F spa, fitness center, four pickleball courts, beach volleyball, basketball, game room, fishing pond, fire pits, playground and weekly activities.

Not everyone wants to sleep in an RV or tent. That is exactly why we offer Amish crafted cottages in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts. Each cottage is fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, living area, heating and air conditioning. Our studio cottages sleep 3 to 4, one bedroom cottages sleep up to 4, and two bedroom cottages sleep up to 5. You get the outdoors, the Blue Ridge setting, and a comfortable place to come home to.

At Madison Vines, our RV sites are full hookup with water, sewer, electric, 20, 30 or 50 amp service, cable TV and WiFi. We also offer five RV site tiers, from Standard Back In sites up to Premium Pull Thru sites measuring 70 feet or longer. So whether you are bringing a smaller rig or a large fifth wheel, you can explore an option designed around the RV you actually drive.

We are nestled at the foot of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with more than 30 w**eries and 20 craft breweries within easy reach. All of it is a short drive from Madison Vines - and unlike any hotel in Charlottesville, your home base here comes with a heated spa, resort pool, Friday Bingo, w**e tastings, and a Good Sam PERFECT 10/10+/10 rating.

We're in Madison, Virginia - 25 miles northeast of the city on Route 29. Full-hookup RV sites and furnished cottages both available. Guests who come for Charlottesville keep coming back for Madison Vines.

At Madison Vines, every Friday kicks off with Happy Hour and full-payout Bingo. Weekends run Super Soaker Hay Rides, poolside DJ parties, community rib and brisket dinners, w**e tastings with local Virginia w**eries, and enough yard games to keep every age group busy.

America's #1 Tasting Room is 3 Miles from Our Gate. No RV Required.

August is when Virginia w**e country hits its stride. Early Mountain Vineyards literally voted America's best tasting room by USA Today is 3 miles from our gate. DuCard Vineyards is 10 minutes away. We have 30+ w**eries within easy reach and we run on-site w**e tasting events and the W**e and Ride series all summer long.

No RV required. Our Amish-crafted cottages sleep the whole group real beds, full kitchen, private bathroom. Just show up.

A Virginia w**e weekend that actually has a plan.
