Some serious iron removal on this Jeep Patriot!
Iron build up on your paint is caused from brake dust from your vehicles brakes, as well as other vehicles on the road. It’s appearance is small rust dots and is often hard to see but don’t let it fool you….
It can be very dangerous to the paint because it can lead to premature clear coat failure, a fading appearance and ultimately rust.
Good news is iron build up can be prevented by properly protecting your vehicle aregularly (every 2-3 months) with a wax or synthetic sealant.
Another option to prevent brake dust if reapplying waxes and sealants every few months doesn’t sound fun is getting your vehicle ceramic coated!
