2023 Acura RDX came in for adaptive damper system fault on Passanger rear. This had the vehicle stuck in sport mode. Dealership would have wanted to replace the shocks which would have cost the customer between
$2500-$3500. This customer got recommended to us and it turns out the harness has a very common rub point and corrodes the wire. Quick reconnection and sealing of the harness to prevent the same thing and the customer was running like new again. They were super happy to not be in sport mode anymore burning through fuel. Huge shout out to the people out there supporting us in rooms we aren’t in and referring us! We greatly appreciate you more than you could ever know.
