Good Sunday afternoon. I wanted thank everyone for making my Friday special. It was definitely one of my happiest days and to see everyone made me feel blessed. Thank you to all my vendors, Auto Value, Auto Zone and Napa. Anthony from Mac tools and Rick from Schneider Tire. A huge shout out to Ken from B&D food hut for providing awesome food and 94.5 the bridge radio station for broadcasting live and the kind words spoke about us. To the Mackinaw City Chamber of Commerce for making my day even more special with the ribbon ceremony and words spoke about my staff and myself. To Mater Daniel Goatee, Jr Raymond, Kyle Dunckel Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for digging in and making the shop look like it does. You guys are a huge part of the shops success and I dont take that for granted. I will be calling tomorrow for the winners of the drawing also. Have a continued beautiful day and we look forward so providing superior services to you all.

I just wanted to share some updates to the shop. A big thanks to my guys. Mater Daniel Goatee, Jr Raymond, and Kyle Dunckel. We are painting the trim outside, new red door, did some painting and epoxy to the garage floors, some new hats and shirts and an addition to the current sign. Good evening everyone. You are all invited to my new ownership open house June 5th from 12-3. It will be a great time with live radio broadcast from 94.5 and amazing food provided by B&D'S up in smoke. Vendors on hand offering special discounts on tires and Ill be giving special discounts on repairs that will be scheduled during the event. Good evening everyone!!
I want to give respect to a great friend and business man to Paul Schoenith and his wife Carrie Sundstrom-Schoenith. A little over 5 years ago Paul called me and said he was interested in purchasing the former Krueger repair shop in Mackinaw City. He called me and asked if I would come work for him and manage the shop. I was reluctant, not because I doubted his business mindset, but my own mindset. I miraculously survived a ruptured brain aneurism about 6 months prior and still didnt feel my "normal"self. Long story short, I obviously accepted his offer and have managed Main Street Automotive for the past 5 years
May 1st was the first day of Brian's Main Street Automotive. I owe and respect Paul more than i tell or show him
He is not only a smart and energized businessman, but one of my longest (30+ years) friends. In our younger years we were very competitive in everything we did, from basketball, cars, girls, and even who could mount and balance tires the fastest. Even though our age has caught up to us we still are competitive when it comes to work.
Thank you again for believing in me amd trusting me to run your business, and now for continuing your faith and friendship with me owning it. Much respect my friend and former boss!
Btw.....I can still beat Paul in mounting tires..lol
