If situation warrants it (motor/transmission) will we go beyond warranty term but this is at our discretion for pricing considerations. NYS Lemon Law, Used Vehicle Certification and NYS Inspection requirements will be covered under the warranty as well as all other mechanical components unless listed as "not covered"
We also go further to ensure customer satisfaction. Some common examples of additional coverage we will provide but are not necessarily required by law to do so:
-Power windows, door locks/latches/pins, sunroofs, seats, mirrors, dash display, etc.
-Gas gauge.
-Check engine lights in all cases and most other warning lights.
-Items not inspection or Lemon Law related but still cause a significant issue for normal use of vehicle. ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
We can repair any of these items, however the price offered does not include it. We do this because the cost of repairs would require a higher selling price but are not necessary to the normal use of vehicle.
-Air conditioning. We will charge AC before pickup and most of time it will be working but we cannot warranty AC units.
-Keyless entry, remote start, theft systems, entertainment system, radio/cd or other items of this reasoning.
-Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS light) in certain cases. Air bag lights, and occasionally other warning lights. Depends on specific issue.
-Cruise Control.
-Spare tires and/or assembly. NOTE: We cannot provide transportation during warranty repairs at this time. Please understand pricing is based on these conditions and we have to enforce this agreement.
