"I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on a new vehicle, and I ultimately ended up at Kia Pride. I absolutely loved the car, but what really made the experience stand out was Carlos. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood the vehicle and how everything worked.

"I had a fantastic experience with Kia in Lynn. I misread the text of the appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I had a tire that was not usable and the service department was able to replace the tire within an hour or so. On top of that, they checked in consistently to make sure I was updated throughout the process!"
