Who else isn’t a fan of the plastic Vortex hub caps? We see them cracked way too often and a lot of inner seal issues as well!!

We upgrade them to a metal cap with a better O-ring‼️

We love seeing a pile of carpet scraps scattered on the ground‼️

Just means fisherman are getting bunks that have a factory look with better materials!!

Let’s install you a set on your toon trailer or your boat dock‼️

We will not recarpet your existing bunks for many reasons‼️

❌ Removing and refastening the bunks to the trailer will not hold and the lag screws will back out.

❌ Removing the old carpet and removing the old staples takes longer than cutting new boards.

❌ We route and sand our lumber and the original lumber is not done that way.

❌ We will not warranty reused materials if the bunks fall off.

✅ We take pride in using quality materials and will warranty our bunks if an issue does arise!!

We do not and will not repack bearings on a trailer that we have never serviced before‼️

At the point of breaking down and cleaning a hub to inspect the bearings and races, we could have knocked the races out and replaced with all new parts‼️

We strive to keep our customers rolling smoothly to and from the water🎣

Inner tire wear?? Inner seal leaking?? Trailer vibrating?? Tire rubbing fender??

Check your torsion arm mounting bolt‼️

The majority of the bolts used to install are a Grade 5 bolt that cannot withstand the pressure that is transferred through the tires as you travel! Changing the bolts to Grade 8 and torquing to spec can solve a lot of these problems!

Is it the only problem?? No, but it is a common issue we see on all torsion axle trailers‼️
