Winterization - Please contact us about winterization - It is critical you get to us before the first hard freeze!

Boat, RV and Trailer Storage - We have a fully secured fenced lot with camera surveillance. Storage fees are $1.25 per foot per Month for any size vehicle. Boat Sales, Trade-ins, and Brokering - Please see our inventory page for current in stock boats. If you are interested in seeing a boat, please setup an appointment with Keith for a detailed showing.

Buckhorn Boat Doc

We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team for a full-time, in-person office position.

Job Requirements & Details:
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Ability to reconcile bank accounts
• Dependable and able to come to work consistently
• Strong customer service and public relations skills
• Comfortable with multitasking
• Bonus: Experience with ADP (training provided if needed)
• On-site position only (in person)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-the-job training provided
• Must be able to lift packages and put away parts (minimum 15 lbs)
• Must not mind a little dirt from time to time
• Work attire is casual — wear what you’re comfortable in

Benefits:
• 40 hours paid time off for sick leave
• 40 hours paid time off for vacation

Happy New Year!!!...2026 looks like it's going to be another busy year here in the shop. So plan ahead and get your boat in before the mad rush shows up! One of our latest projects was the removal of a Pro drive mud motor and installing and rigging this Freedom outboard. It has a closed cooling system so no more impeller failures when running in shallow or muddy water. The lake test showed a lot of performance over the original engine, now it's time to turn it over to the duck hunters and see if it will hold up.

It’s hard to believe it’s been a whole decade since we first opened our doors here in Rock Ridge. What started as Bob working on boats in his yard has grown into something we’re truly proud of — and it’s all thanks to you.
To our loyal customers, friends, and the incredible community around us: thank you. Your trust, word of mouth, and continued support have made this journey possible.
We love what we do. We love seeing you, talking boats with you, and working hard to get you back on the water as quickly and safely as possible.
