Benchmark has awarded Princely Dent LLC with the 3rd best dent repair shop for 2026 behind 2 major Lubbock dent repair names! This award is not received by nomination or application but off the authentic feed back of YOU my customers via Google reviews, momentum, and endurance of the business.
Keep in mind that at my little shop is a sole proprietor LLC, I am basically a one man show with the help of a few good friends and a few excellent vetted PDR Technicians when extremely busy to help speed up the process or put the finishing touches on your vehicle.
Thank you to Frank Garcia for being the best remove and install technician in West Texas and with me this entire 5 years . Thank you as well to Bea Ramos for being a beast of a sales woman! When you have her you don't need another sales person! Jesse Martinez for being a rock solid paint and body outsource for me. You've been a huge blessing this past year! 🙏 Joseph Garcia with JC's Detail Shop for making every customer say " I haven't seen my car this clean since I bought it!!" Gabe Pineda with Raider Red's Auto Glass for flawlessly replacing so many broken windshields! And of course to Lonnie Turner, Bradley Chennault, and Jeremy Langton for being the best damn PDR help you can get and keeping me on track with timing when I get stacked up in cars.
I choose to keep my business small to keep it more personal with my customers. Princely Dent is a PDR Technician owned and operated business by yours truly. When you bring your hail damaged or dented vehicle into my shop or call the shop number you will typically deal with me and only me. That means your car will not be being repaired by a unknown 3rd party (Hail chaser from who knows where) but by the owner himself or a vetted professional PDR technician of my choice if I'm extremely busy, and when you call to get an update on your vehicle you won't be talking to someone giving you answers to questions they don't know the answers to. This process keeps the repairs personal and local to Lubbock TX.
Thank you so much to all my wonderful customers over the past 5 years! I'm very grateful for all my returning customers and referrals. We haven't always been perfect. We've fought learning curves along the way and mistakes happen but I've always done my best to correct the issue if there was one! Finding a shop to repair your hail damage can be a very stressful experience.Your ability to understand the process of repairs, timing, quality, and the importance of keeping it local is why this award is in my hands. Word of mouth is everything! ❤️ Thank you Lubbock!
So if you've got dents... I KNOW A GUY! 🤣
Call or message me today to schedule an appointment! I will happily repair a dent before your very eyes so you will have peace of mind that your vehicle will have a high-quality repair. If any other shop can't do that for you without scheduling it out... RUN to Princely Dent LLC and make a friend in the business! 😁
