🏁 DON’T FORGET — WE’RE OFF THIS WEEKEND 🏁

This weekend, Deep South Speedway will be quiet for a reason much bigger than racing.

We’re taking the weekend off so our drivers, fans, crews, and racing families have the opportunity to head over to SRW and come together to honor Barney Barnhill. ❤️

Racing is so much more than cars going around a dirt track. It’s the friendships made in the pits, the handshakes across the fence, the memories made under the lights, and the people who leave a mark on this sport that lasts long after the final checkered flag falls.

We encourage our Deep South family to make the trip, support SRW, and help pack the place as the racing community comes together to celebrate and honor a man who meant so much to so many.

There are some races that are about trophies and points… and there are some that are about remembering the people who helped make racing what it is. This is one of those weekends. ❤️🏁

👀🏁 We were thinking about trying something a little different Oct 24th.

What would y’all think about a $1,200 TO WIN Crown Vic race and instead of putting all the money up front, we PAY ALL THE WAY BACK TO 24TH?!

Here’s what we were thinking:

12th–24th — $50 each

💰 $75 pre-registration
💰 $100 registration day of the race

We’re switching things up to end the 2026 season with a BANG! 🏁🔥

📅 OCTOBER 23 & 24 — USCS IS COMING BACK TO DEEP SOUTH SPEEDWAY! 🤩

That’s right — the United Sprint Car Series will invade the high banks for a TWO-NIGHT SHOW! 🏎️💨

With this change, our previously scheduled October 31 race has been CANCELLED. October 23 & 24 will officially be our FINAL RACE WEEKEND OF THE 2026 SEASON!

Congratulations to last night’s winners who survived the dirt, the dust, a little three-wide action, and whatever other foolishness we had going on.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and THANK YOU to every single driver who came through that gate and put on one heck of a show!

Now everybody go wash about 14 pounds of Deep South dirt out of places dirt has absolutely no business being. 😂😂

A huge thank you to EVERYONE who came out tonight for Fan Appreciation Night! We watched the weather, we waited it out, and it ended up being an absolutely PERFECT night at Deep South Speedway! 🏁❤️

And the racing?! 👀🔥 We had a little bit of everything — including some THREE-WIDE racing that had us holding our breath! These drivers definitely put on a show tonight!

We also want to thank every driver, crew member, employee, volunteer, vendor, sponsor, and everyone behind the scenes who helps make nights like this happen. It takes a whole lot of people to put on a race, and we appreciate every single one of you.

We may have had to keep one eye on the radar for a little while… 😂🌧️ but Mother Nature finally decided to mind her business and LET US RACE! 🙌🏁
