📢💧 Boil Water Advisory Lifted 💧📢

We’re pleased to inform residents that the precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Water testing has confirmed that the community water supply is safe for normal use.

Residents may now use tap water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and all other household purposes without boiling it first.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the advisory period. If you have any questions, please contact the community office.

Just a reminder that tomorrow will be the first trash pickup day with Granger!
Please make sure your brown-lid trash cart is out and ready for collection.
If you have not yet received your brown-lid cart, please contact the community office as soon as possible so we can assist you.

🚨💧 IMPORTANT WATER NOTICE FOR KEY HEIGHTS RESIDENTS 💧🚨

Due to a temporary loss of water pressure related to a scheduled repair on Thursday, May 28, 2026, residents will be under a precautionary boil water notice after water pressure is restored.

⚠️ Please boil all water for at least 1 minute before using it for:
• Drinking
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Washing dishes
• Preparing food

Bottled water may also be used.

Once the water pressure has been restored, testing will be completed to ensure the water is safe. Residents will be notified as soon as the boil notice is lifted.

Join us May 29–31 from 10 AM – 5 PM for the Key Heights & Key Vista Community Garage Sales! It’s the perfect weekend to shop for treasures, meet neighbors, and enjoy the community fun. 🎉

Residents participating should have their items set up in their driveway or lot space and get ready for a busy weekend of bargain hunters!

Don’t forget — residents must have their pool wristbands for entry, so be sure to turn in your pool forms to the office if you haven’t already!
