• Weather preparedness kit — Keep an emergency kit in your vehicle with essentials such as flashlights, blankets, water and a phone charger.
• Travel route planning — Review evacuation routes and identify alternate travel options ahead of time in case roads become blocked or flooded.
• Vehicle visibility — Ensure headlights, taillights, and windshield wipers are turned on and functioning properly to improve visibility for yourself and others.
