We’re getting back on this ClubCar and going through everything

Fixed the 2010 Subaru Outback… or did we???

It popped the expansion tank top one time after delivery. I’m working with the customer to figure it out. It’s a weird one.

Another update: It seems that this car still on occasion pops the expansion tank lit but not every drive. We think this is a “getting ready to fail” head gasket. Very baffling. Failed chemical test for exhaust gases in the radiator. I am working with the customer to figure it out. Maybe a leak down test. This one sucks for everyone.
