This 8-class program helps aspiring chefs, caterers, food truck operators, and food product creators learn the fundamentals of building a successful food business.
Topics include business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, food safety, and more.
Classes begin Saturday, March 21 at Chef Space in West Louisville.
