We've known Dawn for a long time and she has one of the biggest hearts. I wanted to share this to help spread the word. If you do not know her story, please see below.

On Saturday, JUNE 18th there will be a chicken plate sale @ SHOOTERS TAVERN in Henderson NC ..2915 Norlina Road to raise money to help with Dawn's bills & medical expenses. Contact Leslie @ 252-425-7834 to donate or volunteer. The most important thing is to pray for her healing!!
100% percent of all money goes to DAWN.

Dawn was a healthy young women just like the rest of us until recently. After several weeks of knowing something just wasn't right, she did not give up. She kept going to doctors, kept going to the hospital and nobody could give her answers. It wasn't until after her collapsing and being checked In to Wake Med, that they discovered she has colon cancer and also something on her lungs. Dawn loves her family so much, and she's always provided for them. Dawn has been a hairdresser for many years and has lots of friends she has met along the way. She's also a pretty good handy women as well. If you know her then you already know she has definitely always been a hustler and hard worker for sure!! Times are tough, she needs us right now, so friends, we are going to pull together and make this happen. REMEMBER: JUNE 18th @ SHOOTERS TAVERN in Henderson NC .. (2915 Norlina Road) please come by and purchase a chicken plate to help her and her family with medical cost.
