Wiseco Powersports ProX Racing Parts Round 5 at Muskingum County Speedway will be rescheduled to Saturday October 26th and the EDT Racing Channel "Marvin Troyer Memorial Short Track National" will be Friday October 25th.
With this date we plan to add something special into event as it is close to Halloween.
Due to weather this event unfortunately was postponed to a later date. Heavy rainfall hit the area when it was originally scheduled with getting reports of several inches in an area nearby. We wanted to thank MCS for taking the largest expense for rider (travel, Hotel, etc. expense) and other aspects in mind for all the riders and postponing the event prior to event weekend and working towards getting a make-up date for this event. With other special large scale Dirt Track Events at the facility, other race series already scheduled events and other aspects we looked at all weekends and dates in September and October with the availability of makeup dates for this event. Special Thanks to Muskingum County Speedway and the Doran Family for making sure this event is in place at one of the Premier Dirt Track Facilities. On a positive note, it should be much cooler this time then in June.
We remind riders for all youth and amateur riders a drop is in place if unable to attend this date for this event. All riders that registered on-line already for Round 5 and the Round 1 Short Track event will be left still registered for this race and the makeup date. At the time of event in October if any pre-registered rider cannot attend, we will refund all money for registration paid at that time.
We thank you for your patience and look forward to our next round as we travel to OMP in MIchigan for Round 6 and 7 on Labor Day Weekend and then back to Pine Lake Raceway at the end of September.
The Year-end Championship Banquet is November 23rd in Pittsburgh, PA this year at the same location it has been the past few years. Registration for the banquet will open in mid-October.
