🎉 Celebrating our October birthdays! 🍂 🍁

October gives us not one, but two reasons to celebrate! 🥳 Help us wish Jacob & Elena a very happy birthday as they each celebrate another trip around the sun this month! 🎂

Jacob explains the metal shavings we found in this differential and how neglected fluid maintenance can lead to internal wear and costly repairs. 📹Take a look—and if your differential service is due, we’d be happy to take care of it.

Before the month comes to an end, we want to give a big birthday shoutout to Mayra! 🎉🎂

Mayra is our part-time team member who helps keep our facility clean and looking its best while we’re closed. We truly appreciate the care she puts into helping us keep our shop welcoming and well-maintained! 🧹✨

When she’s not keeping things sparkling around here, Mayra loves spending time with her family, going to church, and—of course—enjoying some good sushi! 🍣❤️

Help us wish Mayra a very Happy Birthday! We’re grateful to have you as part of our Priority Auto Care family! 🎈🥳

Today in the Shop 🔧

No two days are the same around here.

But the goal stays the same: figure it out, fix it right, and take care of our customers.

Here’s a peak at what our team is working on today!

Meet our Service Advisor! 👋🏼

Some of you may have already met her, but for those who haven’t, you’ll be seeing a lot more of her around the shop!

With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Priscilla brings a wealth of experience, a passion for helping people, and a love for learning something new every day. 🚘 🔧

Outside the shop, she’s also a chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Where Magpies Gather, a luxury catering and mobile experience business here in East Tennessee. 👩🏻‍🍳

Her philosophy is simple: work hard, treat people well, and leave things better than you found them. We’re proud to have her as part of our team!

And today is extra special! 🥳 Help us wish her a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎉💚

My first car was a green Ford Focus hatchback. I loved that it would get me from point A to point B. I traded it for a silver Honda Civic as soon as I got the opportunity. 😆

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one made our day. ❤️

We’ve been fortunate enough to have this customer trust us with his vehicles for the past two years, and hearing that he’s a customer and fan for life means a lot to our whole team.

Thank you for trusting us! We truly appreciate you. 🔧

We decided the front of the shop needed a little something pretty, so we spent some time planting flowers and giving the place a little extra love. 🌸🪴

Nothing like getting your hands dirty at work… and of course we had to take a selfie when we were done! 😂💕

We love making our shop feel welcoming for our customers — and I think these turned out pretty cute! 🌷
