We had so many helping hands reach out to help us with this situation. When we finally got the right person, it was turned on within an hour. We just had to finally get to the right person. Special thanks to Ochs from talking us down from a ledge!!

Again- I am stuck in an impossible situation with . Our phone line has been out of order for 3 days. I have called every customer service representative I could find. Apparently I am in the ticket line for diagnosis and can not be helped until diagnosis is finished.

3 days no phone!!!! I am desperately trying to maintain my cool but this really sucks!!

I’m sorry I’m having to put you guys through this twice in two months. This “seamless transition to fiber from copper,” had been anything but seamless :(
