The 1966 Studebaker Commander is a rare piece of American automotive history — and not a dash you commonly see come through restoration shops today.
With Studebaker production ending in the mid-1960s, surviving examples have become increasingly uncommon, making restorations like this especially rewarding. This dash was rebuilt from the inside out to restore its original structure, contours, and factory texture after decades of wear and aging. Through foam rebuilding, vacuum forming, and precision trimming, it was returned to a factory-correct appearance with durability far beyond the original materials.
Preserving rare classics takes craftsmanship, patience, and attention to detail — exactly what this Studebaker deserved.
