NEW PRODUCT! Toda Racing is pleased to announce the release of a new type of head gasket for F20/F22C engines.

Shim Stopper Head Gasket has the advantage of distributing the pressure to the entire surface of the engine head and block. This high-performance head gasket is more "friendly" to the engines, and it shows less aggression to the contact surface and decreases the opportunity to distort the cylinder bore compared with High Stopper Head Gasket.

This feature also allows the minimum level of resurfacing at engine overhaul and brings more opportunity for longer life of engine blocks and heads. The sealing capability of water and oil line holes is also improved by optimized rib alignment.

Shim Stopper Head Gasket can be used with general modified N/A engines. Available in 0.8mm and 1.1mm (88mm bore).

TODA Heavy Duty Timing Chains and Chain Tensioners are available for Honda K20A, K24A, F20C, and F220C engines. They reliably receive engine rotation fluctuations due to shift changes during hard driving, and maintains proper valve timing. Although it is an inconspicuous part, it is a hidden masterpiece that dramatically improves the reliability of the engine. In addition, by reliably transmitting the increased power and torque, it also contributes to improving the driver's operability. It is recommended for users who have many opportunities for sports driving even with a standard engine. ☆ Please use the TODA Heavy Duty Timing Chain, and Chain Tensioner together.

Based on the feedback from many on-road tests, the flywheel weight and inertia were optimized to improve performance without losing drivability and drive comfort.

This product can be used with genuine OEM pressure plate and clutch disc. The compatibility with other aftermarket parts has not been verified.

New Product! Time Attack racing camshafts for the Honda F20C and K20A engines. TODA Hyper One (H1) Camshafts are designed specifically for Time Attack use, based on requests and feedback from Time Attack racing teams.

Camshaft designers comments:
By narrowing down to Time Attack development, where idle speed and lower revolution requirements are not essential, but from 4000 to 6000 rpm where drive out of a hairpin or chicane is important, the Hyper-One camshaft Primarily and Secondary cam lobes were developed with a combination of duration angle and central angle to make the best performance possible in this situation. Of course maximum horsepower is influential for producing top speed, but by also improving the torque for corner exit these camshafts will contribute greatly to improved lap times of a N/A car.

NOTE: One prerequisite for using Hyper-One camshafts is that they have to be used in conjunction with Sports Injection KIT (individual throttle bodies). Operation of ECU recommends by throttle speed control. This is due to the very unstable nature of the airflow while idling, that the single throttle body will find it difficult to control.

It is recommended the switching on of the VTEC should be at 5850 rpm, and the switched off at 5600 rpm for the best performance results from the Hyper-One camshafts.
