We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and service, with experience working on various vehicle makes and models. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair and replace components of the powertrain, suspension, and other vehicle systems as needed.
Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair options.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Document all services performed and parts used in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive service practices.
Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques, including the ability to read schematics.
Familiarity with powertrain systems and components.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to perform welding tasks as needed for repairs.
A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus.
