Happy Friday, and to top it off, it's NATIONAL CHEESEBURGER DAY. The foundation of any nutritious meal. Add a large fry and a chocolate shake, and that's a slice of heaven! Oh, I digress!
At XP Motorsports a year ago we added the main hoop and down bars to Jonathan's C5 ZO6. Now we have added the rest of the cage, as he is now ready for some competition. Racing or tracking your car is a fantastic adrenaline rush! But it is also a dangerous sport. Safety should always be your FIRST modification! The week is moving right along; we finished up a few projects this week. Machining on Ernie's block moving right along nicely, the front half of Jonathan's cage is completed and preparing for paint. Installed a new set of sway bars, CAI, and hoses on the classic 96 Impala. Raul's C5 ZO6 we are getting ready to install the diff and trans coolers and the pumps. We are going to use thermal switches to turn the pumps on and off. So no worries about remembering to turn them on or off in the heat of competition. The KISS (KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE) method works well here!
