Okay... I finally made the video. 😂

What exactly can you do with a $7 Parking Spot on CoolCarGuy.com?

I could write another giant post explaining it...

Or you can just watch this.

It starts with the Porsche I found for my wife and goes from there.

Tell me what you think when you get to the end.

What can you build with a $7 Parking Spot? This video shows how CoolCarGuy.com works using a real example. I created a Parking Spot about the Porsha I found for my wife, added the story, photos and vi

I was supposed to help sell a Chevy Equinox.
I wrote this instead. 😂

If you're shopping for a used SUV, read it before you automatically go looking for the badge everybody tells you to buy.

Tupac is back in the news.

I wrote this Parking Spot about his car being for sale in Las Vegas months ago, so I thought I'd check in on it and see if anyone had found it.

I typed “Tupac” into my own website and it magically appeared.

That's why I built CoolCarGuy.com the way I did.

One word: Tupac.

And something I wrote months ago was sitting there waiting for me to find it and share it again.

It's pretty cool when things you build online actually work. 😂

You can Scooby Doo this story, but you won't have to look far, just click the link: https://www.coolcarguy.com/coolcars/1996-bmw-7-series-tupacs-1-75-million-mystery-machine/

I was browsing the Manheim Auction listings in Las Vegas, looking at a beautiful 1931 Roadster, when I noticed something interesting — the seller was Celebrity Cars Las Vegas. So naturally, I clicked over to their site to compare pricing… and that’s when I saw this.

I updated one of my CoolCarGuy.com Parking Spots today and noticed something pretty funny.

It has now been viewed almost 1,200 times.

A similar X post with about 1,500 followers usually gets me about 5 views. Oh, but X has hundreds of millions of users. Yeah, who cares if the algorithm barely shows your content to anyone?

This Parking Spot?

No paid advertising.

What’s happening?

Simple.

A Parking Spot gets its own actual URL:

https://www.coolcarguy.com/coolcars/what-market-data-can-tell-enthusiasts-about-buying-smart/

That URL gets shared. It can get indexed. Somebody may stick it in a Reddit post, text it to a friend, link to it from somewhere else, or stumble across it months later.

And the page just sits there doing its thing — racking up the view count on a site for promoting everything around cool cars.

So what does it cost to buy one of these bad boys?

Seven bucks. One time.

I sold more than $50 million in vehicles over the years...

and somehow I’ve ended up offering a $7 full-page advertising product on my website.

😂 It’s comical.

But that’s also why I like it.

Build the page.
Grab the URL.
Start sharing it.

Pretty simple to understand.
Pretty simple to use.
Pretty simple to promote.

Sometimes a performance car that originally cost dramatically more can depreciate into the same price range as an ordinary used crossover.

I found my wife a Porsche in California.

Original sticker was around $74,000.

I paid around $40,000.

That sounds like the interesting part of the story.

It wasn’t. 😂

Buying the Porsche was easy. Getting it home was the hard part.

I turned the whole ridiculous adventure into a CoolCarGuy.com Parking Spot—with the actual photos of the car, the auction and the trip.

Read it here:

When I first mentioned on Facebook that I had snagged a Porsche Macan at auction in California while Becky and I were headed there for another marathon, a friend of mine wrote:

Learning to drive a stick can involve stalled engines, angry horns and pretending you meant to do that.

Creating a Parking Spot on CoolCarGuy.com is easier.

The surprising part is not the $7 price.

It is what can fit inside one page—and what that page can become after you publish it.

I wrote the full explanation here:

https://www.coolcarguy.com/listing-on-coolcarguy-com-is-easier-than-driving-a-stick/

And unlike learning to drive a stick…you probably will not stall it six times while somebody behind you lays on the horn.

One of my Parking Spots on CoolCarGuy.com recently passed 2,400 views.

I have done very little to promote it beyond sharing the link through a few social media outlets.
The Parking Spot cost $7 to create.

That means the cost has worked out to less than one-third of one cent per view—and the page is still there working.

It did not disappear into a Facebook feed.
It has its own full-page URL that I can continue sharing. It can be found through search engines, linked from videos and used anywhere online without continually feeding an advertising meter.

That is why I call them Parking Spots.

You park something related to cool cars on CoolCarGuy.com, and the page remains there until you remove it.

Here is the Parking Spot that recently surpassed 2,400 views:

The Porsche Macan we shipped from El Paso to Colorado didn’t suddenly become heavier.
Colorado didn’t move farther away.
The truck didn’t transform into a luxury limo.

But the bill?
$800 for 636 miles.
That’s $1.26 per mile—for a service that used to run around $450.

This is what inflation looks like in the real automotive world.
Not a chart. Not a headline.
A transportation bill that makes you blink twice.

This is just the teaser.
The full Parking Spot is now live on CarsFreak.com:

👉 THE $800 PORSCHE RIDE — WHEN INFLATION GETS LOADED ON A CAR HAULER

If you’ve ever shipped a vehicle, bought one out of state, or wondered why everything costs more lately… this one hits home.

In something resembling a normal market, I would expect a route like this to cost somewhere around 65 to 75 cents per mile.

Here’s the 30-second elevator pitch for Cool Car Guy:

CoolCarGuy.com is a $7 full-page Parking Spot system where people can advertise a cool car, tell its story, build a Garage or Channel, and participate in an affiliate-powered income engine.

All for about the cost of a cup of coffee.

Same idea as digital real estate — just wrapped around cool cars.

And here’s why this matters right now:

You do not have to be a copywriter.

You do not have to be a marketer.

You do not have to know how to build a website.

You can use AI to help write the ad, shape the story, organize the page, and explain why the car matters.

Everybody is freaking out about AI.

I created CoolCarGuy.com, CarsFreak.com, and FreakSites.com so regular people can actually use AI to build something useful — a real advertising page, around a real topic, with a real link they can share.

Trillions of dollars are being poured into AI.

For $7, you can use it to help create your own full-page Parking Spot around a cool car.

Why aren’t you doing it?

Don’t just post it.

Park it.
