Update #3: Wrong way driver charged with 3 counts of murder:

Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: the wrong way driver allegedly involved in the triple fatal traffic crash on I – 75 on July 25, 2022 at approximately 10:58 PM has been released from UK med center in Lexington and was transported back to Laurel County by Sgt. Paige VanHook to the Laurel County Sheriff's office. There, Sheriff's Lt. Chris Edwards, the case officer, executed a warrant charging three counts of murder. It is suspected that the accused was intoxicated at the time of the collision. The accused is identified as: Joshua Poore age 21 of Clovis, California. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center. Photo of accused attached provided by the Laurel County Sheriff's office.

Update on triple fatal -wrong way driver traffic crash 7-26-22:

Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: The 3 victims from the triple fatal traffic crash involving a wrong way driver that struck and killed the three have been identified as:
all three from the Chicago, Illinois area:
Passenger — Kevin Criglear age 25
passenger – Alihya Dukes age 25
The driver --Deshawn Love age 25

Charges are expected on the wrong way driver and will be posted upon the ex*****on of warrants.
Laurel Sheriff's Lt. Chris Edwards continues to investigate.
