Fun fact: the Ford Explorer was the 14th best selling vehicle in the U.S. last year. Not only is it a great do-it-all family vehicle, but it has proved very useful to first responders as well.

Some customers ask us why we do a digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle that comes through our doors. The reason is simple: transparency and care.

We've invested in technology and training so that we can give you an honest health report on your vehicle. But you don't have to take our word for it, you'll be able to see the results through pictures and videos! (Some of these are real pictures from our inspections.)

We want to help you keep your vehicle running strong, and we want you to feel confident in every decision you make. That means we'll tell you what's in good shape, and what may need some attention.

If you're looking for a quality shop that will be transparent with you, come visit The Mechanics!

FUN FACT: the 10 speed transmission found in this 2018 GMC Yukon Denali was developed in a partnership with Ford, so the same transmission can also be found in Ford SUVs and trucks.

Unfortunately, these have not turned out to be the most reliable transmissions on the market. But with regular maintenance, we can help yours go the distance. And if it doesn't, our skilled technicians can install a brand new one for you, like we did with this Denali.

This one will be taking a family to the beach this week, and they can drive with the peace of mind that their SUV is safe and ready to go.
