CONGRATULATIONS and huge shout out to Jen Waters of West Herr Nissan Lockport! She came to our West Herr Nissan Lockport store a few years ago from a single point store in a small town. She had to adjust her style; a huge mindset shift in her selfless customer centric selling approach.

Jen did it with determination and persistence. It's not an easy transition going from a single store to a more than 40 store dealership! Planning, communication, behind the scenes work, and dedication make the job more challenging, but more rewarding. She always rose to the occasion. Always.

Jen has accomplished what very few people are able
to do, and in a very short time. She sold more than 200
cars, nearly one a day, for an entire year! Think about
that. A CAR A DAY FOR A YEAR. That is not easy
(believe me)! Internally, Jen is a trusted, respected, and
reliable coworker from the sales team, to the business
office, to the Tech's out back. No drama. Straight
shooter. Intelligent. Empathetic. Sincere. Respectfull. Urgent. In other words - a pro's pro. We are thankful for Jen. She's one of a kind.
