Today we had a very special family on the Sweet Buffalo segment on News 4 WIVB Buffalo.

E'jauna Jordan's son D’aere Allen just battled pediatric cancer. No sooner did he ring the bell at Roswell Park did his mom find out she has breast cancer. 😢

E'jauna is mom to six children and doing her best to power through treatment and being a mom.

We met this beautiful family at the One Gold event at Roswell and we couldn't get over how polite and sweet E'juana's children were.

We wanted to do something to help and recently our friends Mike & Faith Basil from Basil Volkswagen and Basil Toyota held a golf tournament and donated $2,000 to our charity Sweet Buffalo Rocks.

So tonight we donated that $2,000 to this beautiful family to help them get through this difficult time.

If you would like to make a donation to help as well, you can do so here: https://gofund.me/0c24ae3a0

25 years ago today… we vowed to never forget.

Never forget the courage, the sacrifice and the hardships that came from one of the toughest days in our nation’s history.

We remember the first responders that did not hesitate to run into the towers and save as many lives as possible. We remember the troops that were deployed to defend our nation after an attack.

Basil is committed to honoring our troops and first responders as often as we can. Our Vehicles for Veterans and First responders event on September 18th is our way of giving back to those who have given so much to us.

Never forget 9/11/2001
