Meet Hank, one of our Quick Lane technicians at ! 🧑‍🔧

"I joined the dealership back in July and bring 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. My interest in becoming a technician started in high school, where I took automotive classes that sparked my passion for the field. After graduating, I began working in automotive retail before becoming a technician at a Ford dealership.

Working on vehicles is incredibly calming for me. If I'm having a long day or just need a moment to reset, I can always find peace in my work. That's one of the biggest reasons I love what I do," said Hank.

“I grew up in Clare, MI, and attended Shepherd High School. I spent some time working at automotive repair shops, but my first introduction to the dealership side of the automotive industry came when I started here in January 2018.

I’ve always enjoyed working on my own cars, which, in a way, led me to this career. My favorite part of the job is the team I get to work with here at Bill Brown,” said Tim.
