-Act as the key liaison between our customers and expert service technicians.
-Greet clients, assess their service needs, and provide clear recommendations. -Manage service scheduling, workflows, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (automotive background is a plus, but not required!). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using digital shop tools and computer systems.
