Spooked In The Pines was a huge success! We watched Monster House under the stars, had cupcakes and popcorn followed by gift bags for all the kiddos. Live Oak Pineshas come a long way in the last couple years and I'm beyond blessed to be a part of this amazing community!!

Having family over for a BBQ this weekend? This is crazy easy way to steam corn without steaming up your house or RV. Put the ears of corn in a clean thermal cooler and pour a couple pots of boiling water on top of it. Close it up and in 30 minutes...VOILA perfect corn on the cobb!🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽

Here's a Quick tip we just heard about? “FRESHEN" those pesky ants to deletion.🐜 Our correspondent comments:
Try using Glade air freshener spray—not just for quick scent improvements, but for chasing pesky ants out of your rig.
Commenters added:
(1) It’s safer to use around pets (but still follow the instructions);
(2) It kills the ants immediately and if you spray along a trail of them, it kills the ants on the trail and acts as a repellent for almost a week;
(3) It’s much less expensive than ant spray; and
(4) It smells so much better than ant spray!
We currently are using apple/cinnamon but, so far, it appears any fragrance will work.”
Essential oil scents like lavender, cinnamon, peppermint and spearmint are known to confuse insect olfactory system, making them avoid the area with those scents.
The tipper also mentioned a cautionary note—"unless you like the sound of your smoke alarm, keep the spray away from it."
