Out with the old, in with the new!

This 6.7L Powerstroke experienced a failure of its CP4 injection pump, which thankfully had been previously outfitted with an S&S Disaster Prevention Kit - saving the injectors, along with the rest of the high pressure + low pressure fuel systems from metal contamination and expensive repair costs.

Rather than replacing it with a new (yet still problematic) CP4, this truck was upgraded with the SPE Motorsport CP3 conversion, for an absolutely bulletproof solution.

Although a part may be discontinued and unavailable anywhere new or used, it doesn't necessarily mean that your truck is doomed. This customer faced a similar dilemma when their parking brake bracket broke, causing the brake shoes to slip off and lock up the wheel end. Fortunately, we were able to repair the bracket in-house and get the customer back on the road, making money once again!

Andddd…… we’re mobile! We’re still working on getting the new service truck outfitted fully in order to better service our customers, so please be patient during this time. We service anything from light duty through class 8 trucks and farm/construction equipment and trailers. While we are only serving our customers during evenings and weekends currently, we are hoping to have things set up to provide assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Stay tuned!

This one could’ve been bad. This ‘04 F-350 had 8” of slop in the steering wheel. We found 2 of the 3 steering box mounting bolts sheared off and the third wasn’t far behind.
