Meet the Team Behind Integrity Auto Glass!
Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce the team behind Integrity Auto Glass. I’m Korleen, and alongside Megan, Tony, and an incredible support system behind the scenes, we’re proud to be the people serving drivers throughout Central Minnesota every day.
Megan is usually the friendly voice helping customers navigate scheduling, insurance claims, and all the questions that come with a damaged windshield. Tony is one of the skilled technicians helping ensure every installation is completed safely and correctly. Together, we’re committed to making the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible.
You may have seen our vans around town, talked with us on the phone, met us at a community event, or maybe we’ve helped you with a repair or replacement already. Either way, I thought it was time to share a little bit about who we are and why we do what we do.
I was born and raised in Central Minnesota and started Integrity Auto Glass from scratch two years ago because I wanted to create the kind of experience I’d want for myself. A local company where you can talk to a real person, get honest answers, and trust that your vehicle is being taken care of the right way.
When we first opened, I was overwhelmed by the support from our community. Before we were even officially up and running, I had almost 15 friends or friends of friends waiting for us to open so they could schedule their repairs and replacements. That kind of support is something I’ll never forget.
Like most small business owners, the first few months were filled with excitement, uncertainty, long days, and more than a few moments of wondering what I had gotten myself into. One day, right in the middle of a full-blown business owner meltdown, a card from a friend landed on my desk. It said:
“It’s totally normal to be losing your s**t right now.”
I laughed, wiped away a few tears, and decided I was going to keep showing up no matter what. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful I did.
Today, we’re proud to serve drivers throughout St. Cloud, Little Falls, Brainerd, Wadena, and everywhere in between. We spend a lot of time on the road, but helping people through an unexpected windshield replacement, a rock chip, or an insurance claim makes every mile worth it.
One of the things I love most about this business is hearing customers say, “Wow, that was easy.” Vehicle damage is never convenient, but if we can make the process simple and stress-free, we’ve done our job.
