Recently, our law firm Cassone Law Offices LLC achieved a big win for our client Hook-N-Haul. On behalf of Hook-N-Haul, a large-vehicle towing company, we sued the Ohio State Highway Patrol, because the Patrol illegally removed Hook-N-Haul from the state's tow rotation list. We argued that the Patrol illegally created a rule and then arbitrarily enforced it.

We are enormous supporters of the police (I co-founded the Republican Back the Blue Club). However, the Patrol has to follow the rules like everybody else. That is what this case is about. The case will now move forward, which is a big win for Hook-N-Haul.
