In 1990, Ken Ross opened KWR Motorcar on Washington Street in Naperville, Illinois. He started the business with one thing in mind - to provide his customers with long-term service. Whether it was to fill up their car with gas or to provide repair service to keep their cars running, Ken wanted to see his customers coming back. He knew performing excellent work, earning trust, and being true to his

word were the building blocks for the growth of his business. Ken's customers liked his philosophy and recommend KWR to their friends and family. Ken recognized in Tom the same high standards for customer service and his strong sense of integrity, not typical in the auto repair industry. Their shared high standards provided a road map to success. The business outgrew the capacity of KWR Motorcar and a new larger location was established. Ken felt that the size of the new facility would allow them to expand, but would remain close enough to their customer base to provide the hometown service their business and reputation was built on in the hometown Ken grew up in. The car repair business migrated to the new facility and Tom was promoted to General Manager. Tom's passion for customer service was quickly recognized by customers and the business continued to grow. New tream members with specialized skills were hired. An investment in "state of the art" equipment, tools and training have kept the Ogden Motorcar team at the top of professional standards and technology for the automotive repair industry. In 2005, Ken closed the gas station, KWR Motorcar, to concentrate on auto repair at Ogden Motorcar. The longevity of the team is a testimony to the stability of the organization provided by Ken and Tom. Employees that are happy translate into satisfied customers. Ogden Motorcar continues to offer a valuable service at a favorable price. We stand behind all work performed. We don't expect you to believe our philosophy by reading this, but we would like to earn your trust through our work. Our goal is to make your car repair as easy on you as possible.

All of us at Ogden Motorcar are thinking of our community and the health of the people we have served for over 30 years. As you may know, our business and services are deemed essential so we are working hard to be here for you and your families to ensure that your vehicles are reliable and in the best working order. In an effort ensure that our customers and our employees stay healthy, we have enacted a number of new procedures to provide ease of mind that we can be here for you and still keep everyone safe. First, we now offer a complimentary pick-up and drop off service. We can come to your home, pick-up your vehicle, have all communication over the phone, and drop-off your vehicle after the work is done. If you prefer to drop off and pick up at our location, we have new procedures that allow you to do that with no contact. Once the vehicle is done, our technicians will ensure that the vehicle is wiped down and cleaned in all areas that the we come into contact with. We have been here for you and your family for over 30 years and we will be here for 30 more. Please keep healthy and stay home; we have you covered.
