We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to take ownership of the continued development and operation of Pyma MX & Camp Pyma.

This is more than a campground management position. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build and grow the entire operation while becoming a key part of the future of Pyma.

🔥 THE POSITION

The General Manager will oversee:

🏕️ Camp Pyma — Campground Operations & Development
🏁 Pyma MX — Race Track Operations & Development
🎪 Events & Race Weekends
👥 Employees & Seasonal Staff
🔧 Maintenance & Facility Operations
📈 Revenue, Efficiency & Continued Growth

You’ll work directly with ownership to continue developing the property, improve operations, create new revenue opportunities, and help turn Pyma into a premier motorsports, camping, and entertainment destination.

💰 COMPENSATION

$60,000–$80,000+ annually based on experience

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

Summer / Peak Season:
Expect 50+ hours per week during races, events, and peak campground season.

Winter / Off Season:
Approximately 20–30 hours per week, focused on planning, development, budgeting, marketing, sponsorships, scheduling, and preparing for the upcoming season.

This is a year-round position, but the workload will fluctuate significantly with the seasonal nature of the business.
