Late yesterday afternoon, a man walks into office and says his car broke down close by and could we take a look at it. It died while driving and it's parked on a local street and needs to be towed. Fortunately, Ameri Auto Towing happened to be at the shop. They immediately left to pickup the customer's vehicle and drop here for us to diagnose and repair.
Customer was pleasantly surprised that within an hour's time, his vehicle was towed, diagnosed and parts were ordered and repair was scheduled for first thing in the morning.
We love being able to exceed customer's expectations!
