A little CAD progress on the 1948 White project.

This one has been a long-term vision—vintage heavy-truck body, modern suspension, serious power, and a whole lot of fabrication packed underneath it.

Right now we’re working through the layout in Fusion 360, making sure the cab, chassis, suspension, drivetrain, seating, and overall proportions all work together before more metal gets cut.

Projects like this are where the planning really matters. The more we can solve on the screen, the better the finished truck will be in the shop.

Still a long way to go, but it’s finally starting to look like the truck I’ve had in my head.

Throwback to this ’69 Camaro we built a few years back.

The idea was to take a classic Camaro and give it a completely different attitude—part Trans-Am race car, part time-attack car, with a little Pikes Peak hill climb influence thrown in. Wide, aggressive, functional, and built to look like it belongs at speed.

Still one of my favorite builds we’ve had come through the shop.

Throwing it back to the Diamond T Ultra4 build doing what it was built to do. A little boost, a little attitude, and just enough sideways to put a smile on your face.

Some builds come and go… but the memories stick around.

Throwing it back to one of my favorite builds.

This vintage Diamond T Ultra4-inspired truck was an absolute blast to build—and even more fun to drive. Watching it charge through the sand and launch off the dunes never got old.

Some projects are more than just builds… they’re memories.

Progress update on the 1948 Dodge Power Wagon project. 💪

The cab is finally back on the chassis, and now the real fabrication begins. We’re laying out the firewall and floor to fit the 5.9L Cummins, G56 manual transmission, Hydroboost, and everything else that has to work together without compromising serviceability or the classic look of the truck.

Every panel is built with the end result in mind—taking the time to get the foundation right before moving on to the next stage.

Looking forward to sharing more as this build comes together.

First time installing the bypass shocks and coilovers on the 1948 White project—and this front suspension is massive.

Custom TIG-welded bulkhead, AxleTech differential and knuckles, FOX 4.4 quadruple-bypass shocks, and 2.5-inch coilovers. A lot of heavy, one-off parts finally coming together.

A few hours of fabrication in a few seconds.

Tacking together the custom lower control arm for our 1948 White project. One piece at a time, one weld at a time—this is how one-off parts come together.

A little incremental bending on the press brake.

Instead of trying to form this radius in one hit, we use a series of closely spaced bends to gradually create the shape. One of those fabrication processes that’s pretty satisfying to watch come together.

We share a lot of the finished builds, but sometimes the process is the best part.
