P0011 Bank 1 intake cam timing. This issue was a history code, but with front timing cover leaking and having to remove and have all known timing components right in front of us, go the extra mile; that’s what we did.

On 3.5L EcoBoost, don’t automatically condemn the phasers from a VCT code. Oil level/condition, VCT solenoids, wiring, timing-chain stretch, and actual cam timing should be checked first.
