Dropping your car off for service involves getting a ride to and from. Do you trouble a friend for a ride? Spend money for an Uber? or take the dreaded shuttle?

We have a better idea. We have loaner cars available for you to drive. Not just an old be**er, but a very well maintained older car with a gazillion miles on it that runs perfectly.

We welcome our latest addition to the fleet, WITT 6, a very experienced Toyota Camry that looks like it is new.

Are the cars free? No, nothing is free, but there is no additional charge. All we ask is that you put gas in it. It will be full when you leave, it should be full when you bring it back.

We are focused on the environment that we will hand off to our children and grandchildren.

Rather than paper towels, roll towels or even wiping your hands on the curtains, we use decorative wash cloths as hand towels in our restroom.

Grab one out off the shelf, dry your hands and put it in the wicker basket. We will wash it and cycle it again.

Quality can't always be seen or felt, but it can be experienced.

Timing belt and water pump replacement on a Pilot. Slam the parts, put it outside. Next job?

We take extra quality steps, like washing the engine. Really? Yes, that shows our extreme attention to detail. It will reveal any coolant or oil leaks (since a new water pump is part of the job). Dirty engines can hide secrets.

We also drive the car with test equipment connected to monitor all the functions. Last thing you want to see after major surgery is a Check Engine Light.

In this case, the engine temperature never got to normal, which affects fuel mileage. We advised the customer of the need for additional attention.

Our mechanics do NOT work on commission. Quality is our first product. Priceless.

Dash warning lights on a Prius should be checked. The lowest cost for this is a specialized professional.

When all the lights come on at once (we call this the Christmas Tree) it might be a simple repair.

The "BRAKE" warning may not even involve new brake linings.

Even a "Hybrid Battery" warning might be as easy as an inexpensive little filter.

However, many of these little lights can cause extremely expensive failures if ignored. Some simple failures prevent the big Hybrid battery from getting recharged.

Driving any Hybrid until it quits is a really bad decision.
