Training never stops at Reineke Nissan.
Terrance Martin and Donovan put together a quick role-play that’s both entertaining and a real reminder of what we deal with every day in the car business.
Terrance plays the customer who comes in with a vehicle valued around $1,200, claims he owes $80,000 on it, has zero money down, and still needs to be at $419 a month. Donovan does what every professional has to do in that moment stays calm, asks the right questions, and tries to make sense of a situation that simply doesn’t add up.
The ending says it all… frustration kicks in, the “customer” storms out, knocks over the wet floor sign, and sends Nissan brochures flying.
Funny video, but a real message behind it: the numbers matter, and our job is to educate customers with honesty and professionalism, even when the situation is tough.
