Huron employees celebrated our fifth annual Safety Week August 4th through the 8th. This year, we combined forces with our Continual Improvement team for a week full of activities to strengthen the Safety Culture here at Huron!
Activities included a Safety "Relay Race", plant-wide safety training in relevant topics, a Forklift Skills Competition, a 5s Challenge, Emergency Team training, a Safety Resolution Campaign, and numerous other safety-themed handouts provided plenty of opportunity to learn, participate, and win prizes! We wrapped the week up with a celebratory luncheon catered by Main Street Café. The food was excellent as always!
We want to thank each of our employees for always making safety their #1 priority. Thank you to those who participated in the events. It was a great week, and we're already looking forward to next year! Enjoy some highlights from the events that took place.
